History
Ozon is family company established from Mr. Bashoski Dragoljub.
To get back to the time of establishment of the Ozon company we should go back in the 1993 when the company Badra was previously established and first office was open. Main activities in that time were trading, export and import. In year 1999 is established sister company Ozon, with main activities in constructions and HVAC field. In year 2000 Ozon has buy company Badra and from that moment on the market is presented one name – Ozon.
In 2004 company Ozon has made fundamental brave steps in implementation of new strategic focus and target for enlarging of his global presence introducing fresh ideas in marketing offering specific high technological services and solutions.
Today Ozon is successful company with clear vision for development on the global market in the field of constructions, HVAC equipment and advanced solutions for air-conditioning, heating, cooling and ventilation.

We invest in the future
Company Ozon invest in young architects. On common satisfaction with the cooperation of Architectural Faculty at Kiril and Metodij University each year we grant scholarships for the best projects for implementation and usage of insulation materials when designing Passive houses, reducing energy costs and rising living commodities.
In cooperation with skill and educated persons, Economy chambers and other institutions working in field of energy efficiency we organize presentations and seminars for professionals and investitures so they can updated their knowledge and supporting implementation of higher standards for usage of insulation materials for reducing energy demands and energy costs.
Company Ozon has implemented quality system ISO 9001 and implementation of ISO14000 environmental standard for is in the process of implementation.
According to made analysis for development of the production, introduction of new products and services Ozon has made large investment finalizing the process of purchasing land for building of new facilities. Building of new building with capacity of ~11000 m2 has just been started. With this investment we will be in position to follow our plans for strategic long-term development.
We care about the next generations and the nature
With good managed activities and long experience over the past years in the usage and implementation of new materials and solutions, Ozon has taken the leader position in the field of energy efficiency.
In year 2002 we have design and build one of the first Passive houses in the Balkan region characterized with 90% less energy consumption and low emission of CO2 in the air. Building and designing of this kind of buildings can benefit with real energy saving and clear and healthy environment, which is main goal of our planet for the future.
Fields of activities
Wide palette of products and services of the company is mainly split in three divisions:
- Building division –
all type of thermal and acoustical insulations, building materials, waterproof foils and membranes, insulated facades, gypsum boards and systems, concreting, asphalting and other
- HVAC division –
equipment and units for air-conditioning, heating, cooling and ventilation, production of fans and air handling units, air ducts, sound attenuators, air volume dampers, VAV systems, air distribution grilles and accessories, flexible ducts, automation and many other products
- Consultancy and designing division – complete engineering and design of mechanical and architectural projects, exteriors and revision of projects according to higher standards. As a part of the company is opened and Center for energy saving and energy efficiency with main goal to develop and implement sustainable solutions and materials and to give technical assistance to the investitures for implementation of solution for energy managing.
